🔁 Returns & Refunds Policy – Medi & Muse

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Medi & Muse order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

📦 Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of your order being delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

To initiate a return, email us at hello@mediandmuse.co.za with your order number and reason for return.

If your return is approved, you’ll be responsible for arranging and covering the return shipping.
All returns must be sent to the following address:

Please note:

  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • We do not provide return shipping labels.

🔍 Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect — contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@mediandmuse.co.za so we can resolve the issue promptly.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom products (e.g. special orders, personalized items)

  • Perishables (e.g. food, flowers, plants)

  • Personal care products (e.g. opened beauty/cosmetic items)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items marked as final clearance

If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, feel free to contact us before purchasing.

🔄 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you'd like a different item, please process a return and place a new order separately once your return is approved.

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval status.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received a refund, please email us at hello@mediandmuse.co.za.
