Welcome to Medi & Muse! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Medi & Muse. Medi & Muse operates this website and online store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). Medi & Muse is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide these Services to you.
The following Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Services. These Terms, together with any additional policies referenced herein, form the agreement between you and Medi & Muse.

All purchases are subject to our Returns & Refund Policy [LINK]. Products are sold for personal or professional use only and not for resale.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
Prices are shown in ZAR (Rands) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Shipping, handling, and any additional charges will be added at checkout. Prices and promotions are subject to change without notice.
You agree to provide accurate payment details and authorise us to charge the full amount to your chosen payment method. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorised to use the card or method submitted.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are shipped within South Africa only. Estimated delivery times are guidelines only and not guaranteed. Medi & Muse is not responsible for courier delays, customs issues, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk and ownership of goods pass to you once handed over to the courier.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Services — including logos, designs, images, text, and graphics — belongs to Medi & Muse or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission. Shopify’s branding and any other third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Medi & Muse is hosted on Shopify. While Shopify enables our online store, all purchases and interactions are with Medi & Muse directly. Shopify is not responsible for any sales or disputes related to your transactions with us.
